Shipping
All orders are processed within 5* business days of receipt of order. *Due to COVID-19, we are currently allowing 5-10 business days for processing due to circumstances and delays that are out of our control. Products shipped within Canada are shipped ground via Canada Post or Fed Ex.
If you live locally in Squamish, BC, we provide the option for local delivery at no extra cost. Simply choose the "PICK UP" option upon checkout and provide your address in the REVIEW & SUBMIT notes section following your credit card info. You will be notified by email or text message with further instructions. Delivery is only available Mondays - Thursdays 10am-3pm.
Based on the shipping option you select, some may offer a tracking number and some may not. The customer is responsible for inputting their correct address and making sure your suite number is correct if you live in an apartment building. If your package is rejected, or returned to sender, it is your responsibility to cover the cost of re-shipping.
Returns
Kaii Curated online store gladly accepts the return of any unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise within 14 days from the date of delivery completion. Items returned to us must be in original, re-sellable condition with all tags. Once the items are back in our possession, we will do a partial refund (shipping charges for online orders can not be refunded).
If the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements or is damaged, we may deny your refund.
Please note that shipping fees for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
All dry goods, fragrances and skin care products are Final Sale.
